Cooperate with Manufacturer to Develop Overseas Market Together-- Successful Completion of Overseas Dealer Training in Autumn 2017 by LOVOL

From October 10 to November 10, the trainees appointed by the overseas dealers from Paraguay, Tanzania, South Africa, Canada and other regions came to the LOVOL headquarters located in Weifang, Shandong to attend the special training organized by LOVOL. Through the centralized training in aspects of product knowledge, service and repair skills, enterprise culture, enterprise vision and marketing concept, the confidence in win-win cooperation with manufacturer and cooperative development of overseas market is erected further. 
In the “theory+ disassembling and assembling practice+ examination” mode, this training encouraged the multi-layer interactions between the instructors and the trainees and between the trainees so as to ensure that every trainee attends the training with questions and completes the training with solutions. During the training, the expert instructors gave guidance gently and answered the questions of every trainee from all the dealers all over the world tirelessly. The trainees could express their view and opinions actively, exchange the product and service problems encountered during the actual work, and find the solutions jointly. After the training courses completed, LOVOL organized the examination and awarded the conformity certificates and prizes to the trainees passing the examination. Meanwhile, the new employees recruited by the Overseas Business Department, LOVOL from the graduates in 2017 also attended this training, representing LOVOL’s emphasis on the employee cultivation and the development of overseas market.
It is known that by refining and summarizing the training experience in the past years, LOVOL has established the graded training mode under which the manufacturer is responsible for the training of dealer’s instructor and then the instructor gives trainings to other people of the dealer, and gradually build up the 2-level instructor team which is under the lead of the dealer and receives the training and examination organized by LOVOL. Through this graded training mode, LOVOL enhances the dealer’s marketing and service abilities continuously, and is devoted to bringing the customers the comprehensive and interactive one-station service in order to improve the satisfaction of end users continuously.
Through this training held in the plant, the overseas dealers have witnessed the powerful strength of LOVOL, understood the “customer-oriented” operation concept of LOVOL deeply and reinforced their confidence in cooperation with LOVOL.
